Hyderabad, Telangana, 14 September 2023 Renowned Tollywood actor Akkineni Naga Chaitanya has recently acquired ownership of the esteemed motorsport racing team, Hyderabad Blackbirds (HBB). The team, which has made its mark in the Indian Racing League, is set to participate in the inaugural season of the Formula 4 Indian Championship. This exciting new venture is organized and promoted by Racing Promotions Private Limited (RPPL). Naga Chaitanya's passion for motorsport can be traced back to his early years, having always been a fervent admirer of Formula 1, supercars, and motorcycles. His deep-rooted interest and enthusiasm for the sport, coupled with the opportunity to contribute to the comprehensive growth of the Indian motorsport domain, were decisive factors in his decision to invest in the racing team.

India’s first Street Circuit Race has been organized by us in November, December 2022 has successfully completed Indian Racing League (IRL) with Godspeed Kochi winning the inaugural championship Six city-based teams which are Hyderabad Blackbirds, Speed Demons Delhi, Bangalore Speedsters, Chennai Turbo Riders, GodSpeed Kochi and Goa Aces, consisting of Indian and foreign drivers participate in the event. A mandatory female driver racing in the single-seater cockpit representing each team is the biggest attraction. On 11th February 2023 Formula E World Championship will be conducting a Formula E race will see 11 teams and 22 drivers racing on the same track which was used by Indian Racing League which shows the standards of the circuit.
